If investing in our services, programs, or products would cause financial hardship or stress, we recommend waiting until it feels like the right time for you. Your peace of mind is important, and making this commitment should be aligned with your current financial situation. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. Before committing, we encourage you to ensure that the timing and material are the right fit for you. By completing your purchase, you waive any rights to initiate a chargeback with your credit card processor.

Our “Deliver What We Promise” Guarantee: At Propel Anchor Pty Ltd, we’re 100% committed to providing you with the tools, strategies, and coaching to help you unlock more profits and enjoy the process along the way. Our goal is not only to meet your expectations but also to exceed them. If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to fulfill all payment commitments you’ve made. Please note, this is not a membership, and we do not cancel payments once you’ve committed.

Yearly Memberships

You can cancel your membership up to 3 days before your annual renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term. If you’re on a monthly payment plan for VIP and wish to downgrade to the regular membership before your annual renewal, you may do so up to 3 days before your next payment is due. To make any changes, simply email us at [email protected]. 

We’ll send you reminder emails starting two weeks before your annual renewal date to keep you informed.

If you wish to upgrade to the VIP membership, please reach out to us at [email protected]. 

Please note that all sales are final. This is an annual (yearly) membership, not a monthly one.

Mentoring & Coaching

Mentoring, Masterminds, & Coaching Policy: You may cancel your monthly or yearly renewal up to 5 days before the renewal date by emailing [email protected]. If the 5-day cancellation deadline is missed, and we are unable to stop your payment from processing, a 5% administrative fee will apply for any yearly refund request. No refunds will be issued for monthly payments.

To help you stay on track, we will send reminder emails beginning two weeks before your annual renewal date.

Please note that all sales are final. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued outside of the conditions stated above.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

There are no refunds on MP3 audio or eBook products.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll send you a replacement.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to the following terms:

- Your first payment is due at the time of enrollment. All following payments will be automatically charged 30 days later to the payment method on file.

- By enrolling, you commit to paying the full cost of the program. This is not a subscription or month-to-month program that can be canceled.

- All payments must be completed regardless of your level of participation.

- There are no refunds, and all sales are final. This is a commitment to your business growth and transformation.

- If a payment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment method within 5 business days to maintain access to the program.
